Yes. If you don’t need a full monthly management tier, we offer standalone, fixed-fee solutions for specific projects, such as a Full Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration, a standalone Domain & DNS Security Audit, or custom company-wide email signature deployments.
What happens if we exceed our tier's user limit?
We keep things simple. If your team grows past 15 users on Essential Care or 50 users on Secure Operations, we won’t abruptly cut services or surprise you with penalties. We will seamlessly transition you to the next tier or construct a fractional flat-rate extension that fits your exact headcount perfectly.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
No. Our managed care plans operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day notice. We believe in earning your partnership every single month through flawless service, not trapping you in a rigid contract.
Do your monthly plans include migration from our old system?
Our monthly plans cover all ongoing administration, security, and maintenance once your ecosystem is established. If you need to migrate historical data from a legacy server or an old platform, we handle that as a standalone, fixed-fee project upfront so your monthly service starts on a perfectly clean slate.
